Senior Master Sergeant (ret) David W. Scheff was assigned to the Presidential Logistics Squadon, Presidential Airlift Group, 89th Airlift Wing, Andrews Air Force Base, Maryland. He was responsible for all maintenance, modifications, and upgrades on the VC-25A and other aircraft used to transport the President of the United States of America

Mike Millard is a retired USAF survival specialist, and has an excellent presentation on developing your wilderness survival skills. This talk is geared to pilots and non-pilots alike.
Mike Millard spent 3 years with the USAF Thunderbirds, maintaining the F-16 Fighting Falcon. Mike will give a behind the scenes look at the Air Force's premier demonstration team.

Col. Good will give a presentation on the restoration of B-17G 44-85813, better known as the Champaign Lady. Paul will discuss the history behind this particular aircraft, and the techniques and challenges involved with restoring a WWII B-17 to flyable status.

Urbana is the home of the world's leading manufacturer of aircraft lighting (formerly Grimes, now Honeywell). Dave Youtz will discuss the history of Honeywell/Grimes, and current developments in aircraft lighting technology.
Hartzell Propeller is the world's leading manufacturer of propeller systems. Kevin will cover propeller maintance and inspection tips, and new developments in propeller technology.

Netjets is a leader in developing the concept of fractional jet ownership for businesses and individuals. Greg Schroder will discuss how Netjets operates and aircraft dispatch operations.

Tim Grissom will give a presentation on ballooning skills. Urbana is home to the annual Champaign County Balloon festival in July.

Gordon Penner is a FAA Gold Seal Flight Instructor and a Master CFI-Aerobatic. He is an aerobatic instructor, tailwheel instructor, glider instructor, instrument instructor, and multi-engine instructor. He has been flying for 28 years , is an airline pilot, and an airline instructor at the major and at the commuter level.
Gordon will give a talk on stalls and spins, specifically addressing the why of the base-to-final-turn accident and how to prevent it.
